Can I trust GymBagEssentials?
We want to address the elephant in the room. Buying online is a risky business these days. Internet fraud and scams are common.
As a new family run business our biggest challenge is building trust. Too many online stores are using fake reviews, false claims and anonymity online.
We make every effort to remain fully transparent to our customers. We are available 7 days a week and guarantee an email response within 12 hours. We personally manage and maintain our social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook and don't use media agencies. We have a TrustPilot account with 100% of our reviews given unprompted from genuine customers and respond to every review.

Where do you source your products?
We are always on the hunt for new, innovative products that offer tangible benefits to our customers. Our product research team work directly with manufactures worldwide. We work with manufactures on product improvements based on customer feedback in order to provide the best quality possible.
Our product line is constantly under review and if any recurring negative feedback on products from customers that can't be resolved will result in a product being removed from sale and an alternative sourced.
Do you work with Content Creators and Fitness Professionals?
As a new family run business visibility is essentials for us to grow. Positive feedback, social media followers, tags, shares and posts mean so much to us.
Although we can't always offer free products in exchange for content or promotion, we are certainly open to discuss options with anybody interested in helping promote our store and products.
Authenticity is important to us, so we only ask for genuine content and honest reviews.

How can I pay?
We use a trusted, secure, third party payment process for all orders. We accept payment from a range of payment methods including Shop, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and America Express. We accept payment from Klarna for those wishing to pay later, or pay in 3 instalments.
Do you offer free shipping?
To keep things simple and transparent for our customers we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
This was a deliberate decision to help keep the costs down for smaller orders for our customers. We appreciate not everybody wants to spend a minimum of £50-£75 to get free delivery, and we hope this makes it easier for customers to order what they need, when they need it.
Unfortunately for this reason, we can not offer free returns on orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders and accept payment in your local currency. If you have any specific questions about your location, please contact us at customerservices@gymbagessentials.co.uk
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed on the day of order with most orders being fulfilled within the next working day.
Delivery is expected within 7-10 days of order.
How will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, deliveries will be handled by one of your local couriers. In the UK that will be either by Evri or Royal Mail and all orders are shipped with tracking information.

Tracking information is provided by email.
If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive tracking information to your phone.
Deliveries do not require a signature, and will be delivered to your designated safe place if you are not available for your delivery. Photographic evidence of delivery will be available after delivery.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
Unfortunately we are not in control of the order once it is handed to your local courier. In the event an order doesn't arrive, please contact us at customerservices@gymbagessentials.co.uk
We can assist by investigating the delivery with the local courier. All deliveries require photographic evidence of delivery by the courier. If the order can not be located we will arrange a free of charge replacement.
To ensure there are no issues with delivery we do advise you monitor your tracking details and ensure you are either in for deliveries or have selected a safe location for delivery.

Do you have a UK return address?
Yes, we are based in the UK.
A return address will be provided by our Customer Services team. For customers outside of the UK, please contact us for alternative return details.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we can not provide free returns for orders.

Can I return my item if I'm unhappy with it?
We offer a full, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item please contact customerservices@gymbagessentials.co.uk to initiate a return and refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed on receipt of the item.
You are responsible for the cost of your return.
