Can I get advise on what I need?

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed on the day of order with most orders being fulfilled within the next working day.
Delivery is expected within 7-14 days of order.
How will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, deliveries will be either by Evri or Royal Mail and all orders are shipped with tracking information.
Tracking information is provided by email.
If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive tracking information to your phone.
Deliveries do not require a signature, and will be delivered to your designated safe place if you are not available for your delivery. Photographic evidence of delivery will be available after delivery.
Do you have a UK Return adderss?
Yes, we are based in the UK.
A return address will be provided by our Customer Services team.
