Do they replace gym gloves?
Yes, absolutely. Gym Grips do everything gym gloves do. They protect your hands against cuts, bruises and friction from gym equipment. They provide a comfortable fit and protect against calluses often caused by gripping barbells and dumbbells.
Can I use them whilst wearing rings?
Yes. The anatomical design means these will comfortable fit in the contours of your hand, protecting the area of your fingers your rings sit. The silicone will grip and protect your rings against discomfort and damage from metal abrasion.
Do they fit all hand sizes?
Yes. The anatomical design and supple silicone contours and molds to the shape of your hand no matter how small or large your hands are.
Can I use them on heavy lifts?
Yes. These will provide improved comfort and grip to heavy loads meaning you can train for longer.
They are well suited to heavy dumbbell, barbell, cable and machine upper back pulling exercises.
Why do I need them?
An uncomfortable grip can limit progress by causing a lack of precision, mental distraction and a reduction in effort. A strong, stable grip will improve form and reduce the chances of injury.
Gym grips are quick and easy to put on and remove, reduce sweaty hands and therefore interrupt your workout less.
How do I clean them?
The silicone gym grips are not porous unlike gloves, so they can be simply wiped down or rinsed after use. They are hygienic and scent free.
Which exercises are best suited?
Generally any exercises where the bar rests across the centre of the grips will work well. Pulling exercises such as Dumbbell Rows, Barbell Rows, Cable/Machine Rows, Lat Pulldowns whether pronated, supinated or neutral grip work well.
Thy can also be used for bicep or shoulder lateral movements as well as to provide support for lower body exercises like dumbbell RDLs, lunges or dumbbell carries.
We do not recommend them for heavy deadlifts for the same reasons gym gloves are not recommended for deadlifts.

How can I pay?
We use a trusted, secure, third party payment process for all orders. We accept payment from a range of payment methods including Shop, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and America Express. We accept payment from Klarna for those wishing to pay later, or pay in 3 instalments.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed on the day of order with most orders being fulfilled within the next working day.
Delivery is expected within 7-10 days of order.
How will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, deliveries will be either by Evri or Royal Mail and all orders are shipped with tracking information.
Tracking information is provided by email.
If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive tracking information to your phone.
Deliveries do not require a signature, and will be delivered to your designated safe place if you are not available for your delivery. Photographic evidence of delivery will be available after delivery.
Do you have a UK Return adderss?
Yes, we are based in the UK.
A return address will be provided by our Customer Services team.
