Why do I need Lifting Straps?
Maintaining a good grip helps maintain good exercise form when training. Straps will reduce the pressure on you grip strength, reducing grip fatigue.
This is beneficial when holding on to heavy weight for exercises such as Deadlifts, Rack-Pulls, RDL and the majority of heavy pulling exercises, or exercises that require prolonged holds.
How do I use Lifting Straps?
Lifting straps are easy to use.
Thread the end of the strap through the loop at the other end, forming a loop. Place your wrist through the loop and tighten. Hang the loose end of the strap over the bar, the opposite side to your fingers, and flick the end over the bar. Wind the strap tight, gripping the coiled end when comfortable.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed on the day of order with most orders being fulfilled within the next working day.
Delivery is expected within 7-10 days of order.
How will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, deliveries will be either by Evri or Royal Mail and all orders are shipped with tracking information.
Tracking information is provided by email.
If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive tracking information to your phone.
Deliveries do not require a signature, and will be delivered to your designated safe place if you are not available for your delivery. Photographic evidence of delivery will be available after delivery.
Do you have a UK Return adderss?
